The £10k per month aim

Simply put, the aim is to earn £10k per month online.

Enjoy Life More

The aim isn't about earning for the sake of it. The site's current slogan is "earn more, enjoy life more". Earning £10k per month is a means to enjoying life more. At the point that the aim takes over and makes life worse, then it's time to change the aim. It's not the only aim I've got for improving life, but it's the one that this site focusses on.

The Journey

It's the journey that counts, not necessarily the destination. The current destination is to achieve £10k per month. As I travel along the journey, it may be that I settle for £5k for month online because it's too much trouble to go for £10k per month. Conversely, it could also be that I find I can aim for £20k per month easier than £10k per month.

As part of the journey, I'll learn more about myself, make new acquaintances, add to my skills and hopefully donate money to some worthwhile causes.

Charity

Part of the aim is to donate more money to charity. I'm not going to say how much yet, because I've no idea how close to the target I will get. I have to admit that I'm both scared and excited about the aim. The more of my standard income I can replace, the more I can donate. I've already decided on the charitable organisations for the next few years.

Passive

Although this aim isn't about replacing my normal income, I hope it's successful in providing income through passive means and thereby reducing dependency on traditional, active streams.

More

It's worth me stating that the £10k per month target is in addition to other revenue streams. Yes, I hope it will reduce dependency on face-to-face work, but I'm viewing it as supplementary not a replacement.
